Community and Recreation

Wooster is not just a mid-sized Ohio town, but a true community of people who work together to create a friendly atmosphere and provide recreational and entertaining activities for its residents and tourist. There is something to do in Wooster every season of every year. From line dance lessons and bingo at the community center, to the annual Trout Derby and Easter egg hunt each spring, residents have access to a wide range of activities. In addition, the Wooster Symphony Orchestra performs several times throughout the year. These are just a few examples of recreational activities that help to strengthen the community of Wooster and bring its people closer together.
